As Florida Director of Commercial Operations for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in Clearwater, Jaye Love finds herself the key contact for all of the company’s departments, nine Florida regional directors and the company leadership team. She works to keep the company’s agents competitive by coordinating resources, programs and events.

Busy? Yes, but Love says she wouldn’t have it any other way.

“Most of all, it’s a people business. It’s a fabulous company to work for,” she says.

Love is an 18-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. Her background includes office, industrial and investment real estate, and she holds the CCIM designation. She served as the 2000 chairman of the Realtors Commercial Alliance, part of the Florida Association of Realtors, and was a member of the FAR Realtors Honor Society from 1997-2000.

Love has served as education chairman of the Greater Clearwater Association of Realtors, the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors and the Florida CCIM Chapter. She is a past treasurer and president of FGCAR, which named her Realtor of the Year in 1995. Two years earlier, the Greater Clearwater Association of Realtors named her Realtor-Associate of the Year.

Love played an active role with FAR’s legislative team in 1998, helping to resolve several issues of interest to Realtors. She has been a volunteer with the Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, served as youth group leader and vestry member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Clearwater and worked in various youth programs in the Episcopal Dioceses of Southwest Florida.

Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT was recently named the top Coldwell Banker franchise in the U.S. for the third consecutive year. Although she says her responsibilities increased 10-fold following the company’s acquisition of Arvida Realty Services and Coldwell Banker Commercial McFadden & Sprowls in Southwest Florida, Love says working with savvy professionals keeps her intrigued.

“I can’t imagine doing anything else for now,” she says.
