 <description>&lt;p&gt;DORAL - The Easton Group has purchased a 120,000sf warehouse in Deerfield Beach. The building, at 2900 Southwest 15th St., was built in 2003 on 8.84 acres. The Easton Group, through its partnerships, bought the warehouse from Graebel/South Florida Movers Inc. for $9.6 million ($81 psf) and leased it back to the company. Financing was provided by State Farm Life Insurance Company.&lt;/p&gt;

The seven-story, 144-suite hotel is owned by McKibbon Hotel Group and is managed by McKibbon Hotel Management. General Manager Todd Kinney brings nearly 20 years of hotel management to the venture, which is coupled with more than seven years of experience from Director of Sales Mike Nealon.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>OAK completes work on College of Business</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;FORT MYERS - Owen-Ames-Kimball Company has completed construction of Florida Gulf Coast University’s Lutgert College of Business at the Fort Myers campus. Described as FGCU’s signature building, the 70,000sf, four-story building sits prominently at the university’s front entrance.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Visitors to the new building are greeted by a 20-foot stainless steel sculpture that rises from a step waterfall pool. Beyond is a dramatic 70-foot glass curtain wall entrance. The U-shaped building wraps around a central brick-finished protected courtyard area, which opens to the main campus.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Alenia to build 300,000sf center</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;JACKSONVILLE - Mayor John Peyton announced that Alenia North America Inc. will build a final assembly and delivery center for the C-27J Spartan cargo plane at Cecil Commerce Center.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Alenia plans to add 300 new jobs paying an average wage of $55,000 to the local market. The company also expects to invest approximately $104 million in new, private capital and construct a building greater than 300,000sf.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The four-story, 224-unit Cordoba features residences from 700sf to 1,300sf and joins the recently opened 7950 Professional Center, a commercial office condominium. With a 20-month construction timeframe, Cordoba is scheduled for occupancy in summer 2010.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Fisher Auction marks $21M condo-block sale</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;TAMPA - Fisher Auction has completed the sale of a portfolio of 171 condominium apartments along with 12,930sf of retail space for $21.9 million. The portfolio was offered for auction as one unit of sale.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The United States Bankruptcy Court engaged Fisher Auction Company Inc., along with Cushman and Wakefield, to market and auction the portfolio, part of “The Place” at Channelside in Tampa. The developer fell into insolvency trying to cope with rapidly declining condo prices and buyers who backed out of their contracts.&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;WESLEY CHAPEL - Construction is under way on WaterGrass Elementary School, a Green public school inside the master-planned community of WaterGrass on Curley Road in southeast Pasco County.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The 88,000sf school is on a 22.4-acre site transferred to the Pasco County School District by Crown Community Development, says Teri McGinnis, marketing director for Crown, which is developing the 2,000-home community. The school property incorporates two acres of wetlands.&lt;/p&gt;
