FORT MYERS - NYFL Commercial Holdings LLC has purchased Palm Professional Terrace, a 30,019sf retail/office building at 7001-11-51 Cypress Terrace with US 41 frontage, which includes a .69-acre outparcel from Bank of Florida SW for $2,250,000.

Chase Mayhugh of Mayhugh Realty Inc. represented the buyer, and Michael J. Frye, CCIM, of the Frye Commercial Group at RE/MAX Realty Group Commercial Division represented the seller.

Boback Group closes 16,000sf academy lease

FORT MYERS - Boback Commercial Group of RE/MAX Edge announced that Bonita Springs Preparatory and Fitness Academy LLC leased a 16,000sf, built-to-suit, multipurpose facility for its second school location in Lee County at Greyhound Square, just east of the intersection of Old US 41 and Bonita Beach Road in Bonita Springs.

City picks Acquest for riverfront plan

FORT MYERS - Acquest Realty Advisors Inc., a single-source real estate developer specializing in hotels and conference centers - recently announced its selection by the Fort Myers City Council to formulate and execute a redevelopment plan for an area encompassing five city-owned acres along the riverfront.

Acquest will work with city officials and a redevelopment team to devise a plan that incorporates expanding the existing Harborside Event Center, constructing a companion headquarters hotel, public parking and mixed-use entertainment components.
