FORT MYERS - CSJ of SW Florida Inc. leased 5,000sf of office/warehouse space at 15790 Chief Court, Unit 1A, from Hartley Briarwood Property LLC. Lisa Sands of VIP Realty, Commercial negotiated the transaction.

VIP Realty closes 8,000sf sale

FORT MYERS - Gary W. Johns and Sue L. Johns have purchased an 8,000sf industrial building at 5660 Halifax Avenue, Fort Myers.

The seller was CLZager Enterprises Inc. The purchase price was $400,000.

FORT MYERS - Moorea Group LLC purchased a 9,425sf industrial building at 5750 Zip Drive, Fort Myers, from SunTrust Bank for $386,000. Derek Bornhorst of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer, and Dan Miller of the Miller Alliance at RE/MAX Realty Group represented the seller.

CPSWF closes 19,000sf lease

FORT MYERS - Roman Rock CDM LLC entered into a five-year lease agreement with CODISCO Inc. for two buildings, totaling 19,650sf, at 3670 Work Drive. Roman Rock CSM manufactures, distributes, and installs architectural resin products.

Land Solutions closes $300,000 transaction

FORT MYERS - Land Solutions Inc. brokered the sale of a 5,296sf industrial building on one acre of land at 6120 Idlewild St. in Fort Myers. Christopher A. Isley purchased the property from Ashton Roofing of Florida Inc. for $300,000. The seller was represented by Janie Hooker and Randy Thibaut of Land Solutions Inc., and the buyer was represented by Walt Thomas of Alliance Realty.

RESI leases 3,600sf to Computer Centers

FORT MYERS - Real Estate Services International LLC has leased 3,600sf of finished office and flex space at Daniels:Metro Park of Commerce to Computer Centers USA.

The lease was arranged by Cindy Stratton and Joshlyn Bartels, both of Real Estate Services International. Daniels:Metro Park of Commerce is a 64,000sf business park just off of Daniels Parkway, across from the entrance to Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers.
