City of Holly Hill: Lynn Dehlinger

HOLLY HILL - Lynn Dehlinger was recently appointed ICSC Florida Alliance Public Sector co-chair. Dehlinger has been involved with economic development and commercial real estate since 1988. She is currently economic development director for the city of Holly Hill in Volusia County.

ICSC’s Alliance Program provides forums for public and private sectors to network, share ideas, discuss industry issues and explore retail development opportunities.

ORLANDO - Attorney Peter E. Reinert, a partner with Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed PA in Orlando, was recently appointed as a board member to the Florida Venture Forum. Having volunteered with the organization for over 10 years, Reinert has served as a panelist and mentor to a myriad of companies who have presented at the annual Florida Venture Capital Conference.

A retired United States Army colonel with 27 years of military service, Johnson will provide overall project management based on his certification as a Military Master Planner.

Real Estate Research Consultants: Owen Beitsch

ORLANDO - Real Estate Research Consultants Inc. announced that Owen Beitsch, PhD, one of the firm’s principals, was recently elected to the College of Fellows by the American Institute of Certified Planners, the highest honor that can be bestowed upon a professional planner.

He joins about 375 other individuals nationwide who have been elected to the College since it was founded. He is one of only three individuals recognized in Florida during the current year for his accomplishments in professional practice.

SANFORD - Grayman Construction Management Service LLC, headquartered at the UCF Business Incubator in Sanford, recently appointed Clinton Cooper director of business development.

Cooper has more than 17 years of experience in banking and finance, construction, land acquisition, and community development.

Cooper formerly worked in project management, land acquisition and development, and purchasing with Ryland Homes in the Orlando region and was a financial specialist with First Union National Bank.
