WINTER PARK - Kelly Eger, REM, vice president of Miller Legg’s Environmental Services Group, was a panelist at the Florida Bar’s Environmental and Land Use Law Section Annual Update conference in Ponte Vedra.

Eger’s panel included Robert Malinoski, an environmental attorney with Gunster (Ft. Lauderdale office), and Keith Tolson, a PhD toxicologist with Geosyntec Consultants (Tampa office). Their topic was titled “Potential Changes to the Arsenic Cleanup Criteria:  Impacts to Remediation and Development in Florida”.

ORLANDO - Cushman & Wakefield announced that Michael Garbers has joined the firm’s Capital Markets Group as senior director and head of its Senior Housing Practice. He will be based in the firm’s Orlando office.

Garbers brings more than 17 years of experience as a real estate finance professional, specializing in both healthcare and retail properties. He was previously principal of MJG Advisors LLC in Orlando, a senior housing market consulting firm.

Hamilton has 23 years experience managing operations and sales in high-tech mechanical systems including high purity process piping.
