KBS signs Ford Motor to 120,000sf extension

TAMPA - KBS Real Estate Investment Trust has signed a long-term extension with Ford Motor Credit Company for the total-building, 120,500sf lease at the KBS-owned Sabal Pavilion in Tampa.

Ford Motor Credit Company has rented the entire four-story Sabal Pavilion since 2000. The company also leases 18,000sf in the KBS REIT-owned Sabal VI building across the street.

Sabal Pavilion is at 3620 Queen Palm Drive in Tampa.
