Colliers Arnold picked Panattoni space manager
CLEARWATER - Nearly 300,000sf of industrial space and more than 41 acres of land that are part of Panattoni Development Cos.’ New York/New Jersey regional holdings now fall under the management auspices of Colliers Arnold. The deal is a fraction of the 18 msf portfolio Panattoni recently awarded to Colliers International nationwide.
Kimberly Lamb, CPM, senior executive vice president at Colliers Arnold, has been awarded the senior oversight of the portfolio in the Florida market. The property manager handling the day-to-day responsibilities will be Juniper Duffin.
Overall, Colliers International will provide management services to properties owned by Panattoni in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Indianapolis, Memphis, Nashville, New Jersey, St. Louis and Tampa. This represents just under half of Panattoni’s 36 msf portfolio, which brings Collier International’s totalsfage under management to more than 886 msf worldwide for all clients.
