ProLogis marks 100% lease of dist. center

TAMPA - ProLogis recently leased 76,500sf of industrial space to Empire Today LLC, an Illinois-based home flooring and installation company.

The company has leased 100% of the space in a distribution center at Sabal Park, a 1,000-acre business park along I-75. Empire Today, which is relocating from a smaller, existing facility nearby, will use the space to serve its growing network of carpet installers throughout the Tampa metropolitan area. The company currently leases 324,000sf from ProLogis in facilities located throughout the country.

Sabal Park is eight miles northeast of downtown Tampa, close to I-75 and I-4. ProLogis recently announced that it had pre-leased 117,000sf to Bunzl Distribution in a facility that is under construction at Sabal Park.
