VIP closes sale of 8,400sf

FORT MYERS - The Salvation Army purchased a two-building commercial site totaling 8,437sf at 1855 Boy Scout Drive, Fort Myers.

The seller was Jenkins Properties LLC. The purchase price was $1,200,000
