J.L. Wallace: Bunche Beach Preserve

FORT MYERS - J.L. Wallace Inc. has completed construction of Bunche Beach Preserve, a new Lee County park along San Carlos Bay. Bunche Beach Preserve, on John Morris Road in Fort Myers, is self-sustaining, meaning no conventional electric or water utilities are needed to maintain it.
The project, which is just over one acre in size and near Bunche Beach, included site work, storm water retention system, parking area, restroom facilities, fishing piers, kayak launches and boardwalks.
David Grossman, LEED AP, served as the project manager, DeWayne Banks was the superintendent, and Robbyn Spears was the project manager assistant.
