FORT MYERS - Raymond James and Associates leased 3,310sf office at 18401 Murdock Circle, Suite 8, Port Charlotte, from BMI Properties LLC. Ron Struthers, CCIM, of CB Richard Ellis Fort Myers/Naples represented the landlord, and UGL Equis Corp. represented the tenant.

PCS Mobile Solutions Inc. leased 2,000sf space in University Park Center at 5231 University Parkway, Ste. 118, University Park, from Benderson Development Company. Matt Fredrickson and Dan O'Berski of CB Richard Ellis Fort Myers/Naples negotiated the transaction.
