C&W closes 1,700sf medical office lease

FORT MYERS - DISA MED Inc. leased three units from CMH Group LLC totaling 1,728sf in Walkers Square at 5240 Bank Street, Units 6, 7, and 8.

DISA MED Inc. provides full physical therapy and chiropractic services to the Southwest Florida area.

Gary Tasman of Commercial Property Southwest Florida LLC negotiated the lease renewal terms.
