Courtelis finds 4,200sf for SunTrust Bank
NAPLES - Courtelis Company announced that SunTrust Bank will be joining the 625 Building on 5th Avenue in Naples. SunTrust will occupy the 4,200sf bank space formerly occupied by Fifth Third Bank. Rod Castan and Jeff Clapper of Courtelis Company represented the landlord, Granite Naples 625, and Mark Montgomery of CNL Realty represented the tenant.
