J.L. Wallace Inc.: Tire Choice

FORT MYERS - J.L. Wallace Inc. has started construction of a Tire Choice and Total Car Care Center on Tamiami Trail in Venice for Amprop Holdings Jacaranda LLC.

The project includes the construction of a 5,233sf conventional concrete-masonry structure with bar joists and membrane roof. The exterior includes stucco over masonry, concrete tile canopies, impact rated storefront, overhead doors, and stone entry columns. The interior will house an approximately 1,000sf customer service/waiting area, with the remaining area reserved for service bays and tire storage.

Architectural design was provided by Design Tech International, and Native Engineering PLLC is the civil engineer. Harold Morgan is the senior project manager, Dick Risner is superintendent, and Brad Kaaber is serving as project manager assistant for J.L. Wallace.
