VIP negotiates $900,000 sale

FORT MYERS - RFJ Holdings LLC has purchased a 20,000sf tilt-wall building at 12120 Metro Parkway, Fort Myers, to be used as corporate headquarters for Fiber-Solutions LLC.

The purchase price was $900,000. The seller was Morgan Stanley 2004-IQ8 Metrovest LLC.

Paul Sands of VIP Commercial represented the buyer. Shawn Stonerburner and Gary Tasman of Commercial Property of Southwest Florida LLC represented the seller.
