1st Commercial closes 41,000sf sale

FORT MYERS - Westgate Medical Records LLC recently sold a 41,648sf warehouse building on 2.91 acres to Great Northern Investments LLC for $2,537,500. The building is leased to a documents storage company. Bob Johnston and Jerry Messonnier with Grubb & Ellis | 1st Commercial LLC represented the seller, and Tom Daugherty of Daugherty & Associates represented the buyer.
