FORT MYERS - Wholesale Hurricane Protection Outlet has leased 2,179sf at the Metro Centre, Unit E, at 12140 Metro Parkway in Fort Myers, from Metro Centre Partnership. Stephen Spinosa and Michael J. Frye, CCIM, of the Frye Commercial Group at RE/MAX Realty Group represented the tenant, and Shawn Stoneburner of Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner of the property.
