Boston firm buys Charlotte sites from Beazer

PORT CHARLOTTE - Brookwood Calusa Creek LLC of Boston has purchased 106 single-family home sites and 118 townhome sites from Beazer Homes Corp. for $2,695,000. The home sites are in the Calusa Creek community on Duncan Road and US 17.

Brookwood also purchased the neighboring 2.87 acres from Beazer Commercial Holdings LLC for $249,987.

Randy Thibaut of Land Solutions Inc. represented Beazer in both transactions.
