Atlantic Retail continues PETCO expansion

JUPITER - Atlantic Retail Properties brokered two transactions on behalf of PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. PETCO recently opened its 65th and 66th stores in Florida.

PETCO opened in the Cordova Commons Shopping Center in Pensacola and in the Wekiva Riverwalk Shopping Center in Apopka. PETCO continues to expand throughout Florida and is seeking approximately 12,500sf in strong regional and community shopping centers.
