Green Capital closes Dish Network expansion

BOCA RATON - Infinity Sales Group,LLC, a Dish Network retail partner, expanded its corporate headquarters in Boca Raton to 50,658sf.

Steve Leeds, founder and broker of Green Capital Realty Advisors, LLC, a commercial real estate brokerage and construction company, represented Infinity Sales Group in the transaction at 5201 Congress Ave. in Boca Raton.

Michael Erickson of CBRE represented the landlord. Construction is set to begin in November 2011, and Infinity Sales Group is expected to expand in the first quarter of 2012.
