Menin closes 16,000sf in new leasing

PALM BEACH: Menin Development, Inc. has signed 10 new leases totaling 16,000sf within its South Florida portfolio. Kate Gilbert of Menin Realty Services Inc. represented the landlord. The leases are as follows:

- PGA Plaza, Palm Beach Gardens: Company C Hair, 1,050sf (renewal); Medifast Weight Control Center, 1,750sf (new).

- Shoppes at Jupiter, Jupiter: Original Brooklyn Water Bagel, 3,000sf (new); Macannix, 1,029sf (new).

- Marketplace at Hillsboro, Coconut Creek: Johnson Lipman Corporation, 2,640sf (renewal).   

- Shoppes at St. Lucie West, Port St. Lucie: Cali Pronail, 1,084sf (renewal); GNC, 1,300sf (renewal); Professional Hearing, 1,200sf (new); Chris’ Hurricane Grill, 1,000sf (renewal).

- Shoppes at St. Lucie West Phase III, Port St. Lucie: Medifast Weight Control Center, 1,462sf (new).
