A|P Management lands Las Olas Riverfront assignment

MIAMI - Atlantic | Pacific Management (A|P Management), the property management platform under Atlantic | Pacific Companies, has been appointed as the new property management company for Las Olas Riverfront located at 300 SW First Ave. in Fort Lauderdale.

Under the new agreement, A | P Management will be providing a full slate of management and accounting services. Natalie Saldarriaga is the regional manager assigned to the project.

Las Olas Riverfront is a 244,667sf open-air lifestyle center located on the north bank of the New River in the heart of Downtown Fort Lauderdale’s business, cultural and entertainment district.
