Cushman to lease Columbus Center

MIAMI - Cushman & Wakefield announced that Coral Gables Associates has appointed the firm as exclusive leasing agent for Columbus Center, a two-tower office complex totaling approximately 260,000sf of Class A office space with a retail component at 1 Alhambra Plaza in Coral Gables.

Cushman & Wakefield Directors Maggie Kurtz and Diana Parker are heading the property’s leasing team.
