Colliers launches Palm Beach office

WEST PALM BEACH - Colliers International South Florida announced the opening of a new Palm Beach location and the first members of a specialized brokerage team. The firm has done business in Palm Beach County since its inception, and has now established an office location at 224 Datura St., Suite 515, in Downtown West Palm Beach.
 
A team dedicated to Palm Beach County, and north to Martin and St. Lucie counties, has been launched, led by Senior Vice President Kevin McCarthy, a leasing and acquisitions specialist. His expertise includes tenant representation, lease structuring and negotiation, land acquisition, debt restructuring, capital markets and building valuation.

Prior to joining Colliers International, he served as managing director of Worth Realty, where he had overall development, leasing and marketing responsibilities for the firm's South Florida projects.

Colliers has also welcomed Nicholas J. Brusca, a commercial associate who will focus on office and retail leasing. Nick is a Certified Financial Planner and previously specialized in comprehensive wealth management.
