Berger closes 31,000sf Audi lease

FORT LAUDERDALE - Berger Commercial Realty Corp. announced a new lease between Lighthouse Point Auto Investors I, LLC, and  Broward Automotive, Inc., doing business as Audi Coral Springs, represented by broker Steve Hyatt, at 4250 North Federal Highway in Lighthouse Point.

The property will be the new home of Audi Lighthouse Point. The multi-year agreement is for a 31,781sf property on 2.9 acres of land.
