Colliers International: Stephen Nostrand

MIAMI - Stephen Nostrand has been appointed to the new position of managing director at Colliers International South Florida. Nostrand has been with the firm for five years as executive vice president. In this new capacity, he will manage and direct the brokers and be responsible for strategic planning and implementation.

Nostrand has been in the commercial real estate business for more than 35 years. He has successfully executed investment sales, leasing, receivership, project management, advisory and capital markets transactions throughout his career. He is also a professor in the master's degree program for Real Estate Development and Urbanism at the University of Miami.
