NAI/Merin Hunter Codman Inc.: Matthew G. McAllister

BOCA RATON - Jay M. Grossman, president, NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, announced that Matthew G. McAllister has joined the firm as a commercial associate with the Tenant Representation and Corporate Service Group.

Previously, McAllister worked for Investments Limited where he was involved in the leasing and marketing of over 2 msf of office, retail and industrial space in the East Boca Raton market.

Prior to this, he worked for PBM Development Inc. overseeing commercial and residential developments in Palm Beach County and was responsible for project management and the construction bidding processes. At NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, McAllister will specialize in tenant representation and corporate services under the direction of Bob Schneiderman, SIOR.
