Brenner reports 11,800sf sale, three leases

FORT LAUDERDALE - Brenner Real Estate Group has announced four commercial property transactions in Broward County.

Jeffrey Scott, senior vice president, brokerage, was responsible for the following sale:

- Genset Services, a provider of sales and service for standby engine generators, has purchased the Reagan Equipment Company Building, 3100 Gateway Drive, Pompano Beach, in a relocation from within Pompano Beach. Genset chose the 11,880sf industrial building because it is freestanding with a large yard for outside storage and generator storage. Scott represented the seller, Reagan Equipment Company. The buyer was represented by Chris Metzger of Cushman & Wakefield.

Jeffrey Scott, senior vice president, brokerage, was responsible for the following lease:

- Reagan Equipment Company Inc., a 20-year-old provider of engine generators primarily for the marine industry, has leased 10,103sf of industrial space within Port 95 at 2880 SW 42nd St., Fort Lauderdale, for a regional location. Scott represented the tenant. The landlord, Butters Realty & Management, was represented by Thomas Viscount of Butters Realty & Management.

Suzanne Lopez, commercial associate; Jeffrey Scott, senior vice president, brokerage; and Marty Weinbaum, sales associate, were exclusive brokers for the following transaction:

- Auto Advisors and Appraisals LLC has leased 8,777sf of office space within The 555 Building, 555 SW 12th Ave., Pompano Beach, for its corporate headquarters. Lopez represented the tenant. Scott and Weinbaum represented the landlord, 555 Andrews LLC.

Kathleen Alberts, senior vice president, brokerage, and Suzanne Lopez, commercial associate, were responsible for the following lease:

- Pompano Tire & Auto Service Inc. has renewed its lease of 750sf of office space within Cypress Commons, 1500 West Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale. Alberts and Lopez represented the landlord, Cypress Commons LLC. The tenant represented themselves.
