Fimiani Development sells office building

BOCA RATON - Fimiani Development announced the sale of The 399 Building, a 12,000sf office building at 399 West Palmetto Park Road in downtown Boca Raton. 399 West Palmetto Park Associates LLC sold the property for $2,728,260 to 399 Palmetto LLC. Michael Fimiani, president of Fimiani Development, handled the transaction.
