Moss & Associates wraps CityPlace South Tower

FORT LAUDERDALE - Moss & Associates recently announced the completion of CityPlace South Tower, a $106 million mixed-use construction project in West Palm Beach.

Developed by The Related Group, CityPlace South Tower is a 20-story condominium tower with 380 luxury units and 40 private villas, as well as 9,333sf of street-level commercial and retail space.

An adjoining eight-level parking structure with 685 spaces is topped by a 22,940sf recreation deck that features resort-style pool and spa, cabanas, cascading fountains and Palm Beach-style gardens. Moss also installed an integrated residential wireless network throughout the project.

CityPlace South Tower is in downtown West Palm Beach across from the CityPlace mixed-use center, the Kravis Performing Arts Center, and just east of the Palm Beach County Convention Center.
