Navarro leases 13,000sf at EcoPlex

WEST PALM BEACH - Frank Navarro, co-founder and president of Navarro Lowrey Inc., announced that Stanley Consultants Inc. will relocate its West Palm Beach office to EcoPlex at Centrepark West, 1641 Worthington Road, West Palm Beach, in the Centrepark Office District.

Stanley Consultants has leased 13,000sf for a term of seven years. Rick Abedon of Navarro Lowrey Properties Inc. represented the owner, and Joseph Solarte of UGL Equis represented the tenant in the transaction.

Stanley Consultants is a worldwide provider of engineering, environmental, and construction services.

Designed to achieve a Silver LEED rating, EcoPlex is the first Class A, multitenanted Green office building of its kind in Palm Beach County and among the largest to adopt sustainable building practices in Florida. The project was developed by Navarro Lowrey Inc.
