C&W to lease Datran Center

MIAMI - Cushman & Wakefield of Florida has been selected as the exclusive leasing and marketing agent for Datran Center I & II, one of Miami-Dade County’s largest Class A office complexes. Located in the county’s fast-growing Kendall submarket, Datran Center is comprised of two towers totaling nearly 480,000sf of rentable office space.

Datran Center was recently purchased by an affiliate of USAA Real Estate Company from Crescent Real Estate Equities.

Nicole Vassilaros, who has served as Datran Center’s leasing manager for the past two years, will join Cushman & Wakefield and remain in her current role. Donald Cartwright, director of leasing for Cushman & Wakefield’s Client Solutions service line, will provide strategic support for the firm’s marketing and leasing efforts on behalf of USAA and Datran Center.

Datran Center is the only commercial office building in Miami-Dade County that contains a Metrorail Station integrated within the office building structure, allowing tenants to walk directly from the building lobby to the Metrorail platform.
