MIAMI - Susn M. Traino, CPA, CCIM, was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute. The designation was awarded during examinations held in Chicago.

As a member of the Colliers Investment Services Group and vice president of Colliers Abood Wood-Fay, Traino is part of the Investment Sales and Finance Team whose main focus is the sale of retail centers and office buildings and the placement of equity, mezzanine, construction and permanent capital through Thomas D. Wood and Company. Traino has 17 years experience in the real estate industry.
