FORT LAUDERDALE - Scott Coloney, founder of the newly formed Foreclosure Response Team, has announced the appointment of Oscar G. Mendez as senior credit consultant. With a specialization in short sale transactions, the FRT aids in the sale of residential and commercial properties facing foreclosure throughout the state of Florida.

Mendez is responsible for providing credit consulting to homeowners throughout the process, helping to repair their credit after the property has been sold. Mendez is the owner/principal broker of Grace Mortgage Corp., a national credit consulting firm based out of Fort Lauderdale.
