Landsouth earns ABC Excellence award

JACKSONVILLE BEACH - LandSouth Construction, a general contractor specializing in multifamily developments throughout the Southeast, has received an Excellence in Construction award for its work on Integra Shores at Daytona apartment complex, which was developed by Integra Land Company of St. Mary’s, Fla.

The Excellence in Construction program is sponsored by the Associated Builders and Contractors organization. The program recognizes outstanding construction projects around the nation.

LandSouth Construction completed work on Integra Shores at Daytona in 2008 and also won a Southeast Building Conference Grand AURORA Award for the project. The luxury-apartment community has received accolades for its resident center, state-of-the-art fitness center, architecturally-detailed apartment homes and upscale landscaping.
