LandSouth earns Grand AURORA award

JACKSONVILLE BEACH - On behalf of Integra Land Company, LandSouth Construction has been awarded one of the building industry's highest honors, an AURORA Award and the prestigious Grand AURORA Award, for Integra Shores at Daytona in Daytona Beach. Integra Shores was developed by Lake Mary-based Integra Land Company.

LandSouth Construction received its AURORA Awards in the rental apartment community category. AURORA Awards, given for building and design excellence, are presented each year at the Southeast Building Conference to industry professionals actively involved in projects throughout a 12-state Southern region. Only a select group of winners are presented with the Grand AURORA.

Integra Shores at Daytona is a 288-unit luxury apartment complex. It contains a resident lounge and state-of-the-art fitness center, an outdoor summer kitchen/entertainment area, picnic area and dog park. LandSouth Construction completed the community in 2008.
