NAI Commercial Jax closes 18,000sf lease

JACKSONVILLE - Robert Lawrence and Jacob Horsley, associate directors of NAI Commercial Jacksonville’s Industrial Group, represented Wise Safety & Environmental in the lease of 18,600sf at 1331 Pickettville Road for the new location of its Jacksonville facility. Wayne Sanderson of Easton Sanderson & Company represented the landlord, Commonwealth Commerce Center LLC, in the transaction.
