M&M closes 28,000sf, $1.8M warehouse sale

JACKSONVILLE - Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a 28,473sf industrial office and distribution warehouse in Jacksonville. The asset commanded a sales price of $1,800,000.

John Cavin and Craig Thomas, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Jacksonville office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
