WRH Realty Services: Tracy Williams

JACKSONVILLE - Tracy Williams, regional director for WRH Realty Services, is The First Coast Apartment Association’s chapter president for 2010. As president of FCAA, Tracy is responsible for governing the association in decisions that affect the multifamily industry.

FCAA is the fourth-largest apartment association in the state, which encompasses five counties and represents more than 230 apartment communities with more than 53,000 units.

Williams has more than 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry and manages a diverse portfolio of more than 2,500 units throughout Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia for WRH Realty Services.
