LandSouth Construction: Ponte Vedra UMC

PONTE VEDRA BEACH - LandSouth Construction announced construction is complete on the new Ponte Vedra United Methodist Church on South Roscoe Boulevard in Ponte Vedra Beach.

The Jacksonville-based general contracting firm served as construction manager on the new 15,096sf facility that features a large sanctuary, teen activity center, nursery, preschool and Sunday school classrooms, catering kitchen and administration offices. The church also features an outdoor children’s playground, memory garden, additional parking, covered entry and open courtyard.

LandSouth Construction served as the construction manager on the worship facility, EC Kenyon as the general contractor, and Ronald Scalisi Architects PA as the architect.
