M&M sells condo units worth $4.3M

JACKSONVILLE - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services announced the sale of Reserve at James Island, a bulk condominium offering of 51 rental condos within the larger 354-unit community in Jacksonville. The asset commanded a sales price of $4,359,310m representing $85,476 per unit.
Associate Vice President David Hsieh of Marcus & Millichap’s Jacksonville office represented the seller of the property. Senior Associate Andy Neiswenter of Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office represented the buyer.
Reserve at James Island is at 10961 Burnt Mill Road.
