Walchle Lear closes $13M apartment sale

JACKSONVILLE - Walchle Lear Multifamily Advisors brokered the sale of Southern Pines, a 200-unit apartment community in the Southside market of Jacksonville.

Steve Lear and Bart Walchle of Walchle Lear Multifamily Advisors had an exclusive listing on the community and represented the seller, an institutional client. The community, which was built during 1989, sold for $13 million or $65,000 per unit.
