Colliers Dickinson pros earn top NAIOP awards

JACKSONVILLE - Colliers Dickinson announced the outstanding achievements of Hobart Joost Jr., SIOR, senior vice president; Guy Preston, vice president, and Fran Pepis, senior vice president. All three were recognized at the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties 2008 Awards of Excellence held at the Omni Hotel in downtown Jacksonville.
Joost and Preston were awarded NAIOP’s Land Sale of the Year for their representation of Schafer Development in the transaction of 76 undeveloped gross acres on New Berlin Road, North Jacksonville, with a value of nearly $18 million.
Pepis was awarded NAIOP’s Office Broker of the Year for her outstanding leadership, volume and quality of business conducted during 2008.
