LandSouth: Michael Taylor

JACKSONVILLE BEACH - LandSouth Construction announces Michael Taylor has joined its team as director of business development and senior project manager. In his new role, Taylor oversees new business development and strategies, marketing, public relations and the day-to-day operations of field personnel and construction.

Prior to joining LandSouth Construction, Taylor worked with several developers and homebuilders including Hines, McCar Homes Inc., John Wieland Homes, Rubloff Inc., and Nu-Tech Builders Inc. He has managed projects and transactions valued at more than $750 million, including securing entitlements and permits for Palencia, a 1,450-acre master-planned community in St. Augustine.
