ELM marks start of Promenade project

JACKSONVILLE - The architecture, planning and landscape architecture firm Ervin Lovett & Miller announced that construction has begun on phase one of The Promenade at Bartram Springs. The first phase of construction includes two commercial buildings totaling more than 18,000sf.

The commercial project has been designed for Bartram Springs Center LLC and, when all phases are complete, will be comprised of more than 200,000sf and encompass nearly 27 acres. With shops, restaurants and community spaces, the retail village will serve as a hub to the popular residential community of Bartram Springs.
