Parrish Group announces mixed-use plans

TALLAHASSEE - Private developer Parrish Group has announced plans for Persimmon Hill, a high-end, mixed-use residential and commercial development in the northeast section of Tallahassee.

Construction of the development begins in January, with completion of the first phase expected by fall 2009.

Located next to 430,000sf of retail and restaurant development, the Persimmon Hill project is expected to include 100,000sf of retail, restaurant, and general office space along with a boutique residential neighborhood with 20 home sites.
