Quest marks three new leases

ORLANDO – Eva Grace Royal of Quest Company of Central Florida, Inc. completed three lease deals at various properties, representing the landlords and the tenants in all three.

Stocatta Fencing Club of Orlando signed a three-year, three-month lease for 1,200sf of retail space at 725 S. Ronald Reagan Blve. in Longwood, owned by Reeco Properties, LLLP.

For landlord Placeway, Inc., Royal leased 996sf to CNAP Healthcare Associates, for over two years at Lake Kathryn Plaza on US 17-92 also in Longwood.

In Kissimmee, Royal leased 3,968sf of retail space to Evershine Gift Management, LLC for 63 months years at Holiday Trail Plaza on US 192, representing Hickman Properties, LLC.
