M&M concludes 72-unit bulk sale

ORLANDO - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services announced the sale of Waterford Landing Condominiums, a 72-unit bulk condominium offering in Orlando. The asset commanded a sales price of $2,361,600.

Michael Donaldson, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office, was the lead agent who marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.

Waterford Landing Condominiums is at 2550 North Alafaya Trail.
