Retailer One on One

Thousands of retail property brokers, site selectors and developers are expected to attend Retailer One on One in Orlando.

ORLANDO - Hard times notwithstanding, the organizers of Retailer One on One 2010 say all indicators point to a strong showing for the event's 12th season.

"60 days ago, I didn't think we'd come anywhere near this," said Alan Charron, who co-founded the event with Julia Sosa, both of Retail Property Specialists. Charron said numerous new sponsors and new retailer concepts are signing up - as are new types of attendees such as equity lenders, receivers, bankruptcy attorneys and land practitioners.
