Century completes Ormond Beach Mall

ORMOND BEACH - Century Retail announced completion of the redevelopment construction at Ormond Beach Mall, anchored by a Publix supermarket and 20,000sf of small shop space. Construction commenced in April 2009.

Ormond Beach Mall is in the city of Ormond Beach on Ocean Shore Drive between Longwood and Lynnhurst Drives.

The redevelopment project consisted of two phases. The first included the demolition of the current Publix grocery store as well as two small shop bays. Phase Two involved the construction of a new, state-of-the-art, 45,600sf Publix and a facade update for the remainder of the mall.
